Caramel, a little nutty and just as smooth. The Nicaragua's mellower sibling.

My take.
Sweet and caramelly on the nose, with a touch of nuttiness. In the cup it's caramel up front with a light nuttiness, though it isn't quite as sweet as it smells. It's a medium roast, smooth and full, and the finish is clean, with nothing lingering.
A really good, easygoing cup. If the Nicaragua is chocolate and peanut butter, the Guatemala is its mellower sibling: great, just not quite my favorite.

Anyone who likes a mellow, easygoing cup. If they love sweet and chocolatey, get them the Nicaragua instead.
